I don’t know about you, but I never get sick of visiting Castle Hill. Thankfully, the Trustees of Reservations just kicked off a new tour season that will last through October. Details below:

  • Hour-long tours of the Great House are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10AM-4PM and Fridays and Saturdays from 10AM to 2PM. The Great House is a grand 59-room English-style country house designed in the 1920s by Chicago architect David Adler. Admission is $10.00.
  • Ninety minute tours of the designed and natural landscape are offered on Thursdays and Saturdays at 10AM. Tours of the European-inspired landscape will highlight the 1/2 mile long mall that sweeps to the sea, as well as formal garden spaces and buildings from Castle Hill’s Italian Renaissance Revival Period. Admission for landscape tours is $5.00.
